Paul Bonifas is an independent consultant specialized in energy, who provides his services to oil & gas operators, mining companies, EPC firms, Universities, business centers, renewable energy developers, and private landowners. Paul’s publications include the Limits to Green Energy, comments rebuking the EPA’s EV Rule, an enhanced oil recovery model, and a report on the viability of utility-scale solar in Wyoming. Paul’s services range from stakeholder/investor relations, governmental relations, project management, business development, model creation, sensitivity analyses, client advocacy, public presentations, technical reports, grants, permitting, economic analysis, and petroleum evaluations. Paul also consults for the 9H Research Foundation as the Director of Operations. The non-profit 9H Foundation supports 150+ students through awards, internships, competitions, applied projects, and scholarships. With student input through engineering senior design projects, the 9H Foundation built a 500kW, 5-acre solar research facility for the benefit of UW; the power sold from the 30-year life of the solar farm will directly fund UW students.
