Douglas Marcille, CEO: CEO and Managing Partner of Federal Business Solutions since 2020.   The company created a dba in 2021,  Lightning Dome Protectors (doug@lightningdp.com)  and the exclusive United States distributorship for the Dinnteco product line for the United States marketplace, which offers the only true 100% effective PREVENTION device that has been in place in 38 countries, 12 sectors and to date has recorded 0 strikes within a protected area.  We are a wholesale distributor of the DDCE Lighting PREVENTION device in the United States and specializes in Oil & Gas, Avionics, Federal Government, Communications Towers, IT Electrical Infrastructure and electrical utilities.   Some of Doug's basic accomplishments include   4 straight years (2016-2019) of obtaining 100%+ Presidents Award for sales, customer service and management.  At the same time, he attended Villanova University and received many certifications, including PMP/Six Sigma Lean, Green and Black belt/CISSP/CompTIA Security+, and has many years in both the electrical and electronic world.  Doug has 10 years in the United States Marine Corp where he specialized in Electronic Warfare and was a recruiter for 3 years. He worked 10 years with AT&T working in special ops and executive escalation’s department. Doug also worked 6 years as an international operations manager with remote training and travel experience in all 6 continents.
